Relaunching Globex with a product-first marketing site

The challenge

The outcome
Sign-up conversion from organic traffic went from 1.6% to 3.8% in the first month. Paid CAC dropped 30% because fewer visitors bounced on the pricing page. The team now ships marketing updates in hours, not days.
